ORDER PROCESSING

Orders can take two to four days to be processed. I would highly recommend when ordering in the warmer months to track your delivery date through the tracking number provided after your order has been fulfilled. This is to ensure your candles and wax melts aren’t being exposed to extreme heat for a lengthy period of time. I want everyone to love their purchases. Wicked Charm only ships within the USA.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. However, items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced. If you have questions or concerns, please email wickedcharm888@gmail.com.

DAMAGES

All candles are wrapped and packaged to protect from damage during shipping.  If you receive a damaged candle, please email wickedcharm888@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your item. Please keep all shipping materials until damage claim is completed.

RESTOCKING

Once a candle scent is out of stock, it can take up to 14 days for more inventory due to my vendors supply availability. I appreciate the patience.  

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Wicked Charm be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits that result from the distribution or use of, or the inability to use, the content or materials on this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall Wicked Charm’ total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this website.
